By placing an order with Jayne Sims Art, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please note that these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.
SHIPPING PROCESS
Dispatch Time: Artwork will be dispatched within 3-5 business days once payment has been received in full.
Courier: Jayne Sims Art uses Australia Post for shipping. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Responsibility: You are responsible for tracking your own parcel. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet may result in it being returned to us, and you will need to cover the cost of re-shipping.
Tracking & Delivery: All parcels come with a tracking number and require a signature upon delivery, unless you provide Authority to Leave. Please note that by authorizing this, the warranty will be void, and you assume full liability for the parcel.
AREAS OUTSIDE OF ADELAIDE METRO
For shipping outside of the Adelaide metro area, please contact Jayne Sims Art for a shipping quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact me at jaynesimsart@gmail.com with your address and the piece you're interested in for an international shipping quote.
You are responsible for tracking your parcel. Failure to collect it may result in the parcel being returned to us in Australia, and you will need to cover the re-shipping costs.
Customs Fees: Please note that all import duties, taxes, and additional charges upon delivery are the purchaser's responsibility.
DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic: Delivery times vary by location. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days after full payment is received.
For Adelaide & metro areas, delivery generally takes 1-3 business days.
For Country/Regional South Australia, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us at jaynesimsart@gmail.com for assistance.
RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect details provided by you or failure to collect it from the post office, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs. You will be required to cover the cost of re-delivery if desired. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds; only a credit note will be issued.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, you must record the damage (e.g., take photos) before signing for the parcel. Keep the damaged item as it arrived.
Notification: Damaged or faulty deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. This is due to a strict time frame for filing insurance claims with our courier service.
Please send an image of the damage along with your name, order number, and contact number to jaynesimsart@gmail.com within 24 hours.
COMMISSION ORDERS
I love collaborating with clients to create unique, personalized artwork! Please refer to the ‘Commission Page’ for more information on custom orders.
RETURN POLICY
I take great care in packaging each order, and my goal is for you to love your purchase. All sales of original paintings are final, except in specific situations outlined below.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Please email jaynesimsart@gmail.com if you're unhappy with your order.
Colour Accuracy: While I make every effort to accurately represent the colours in my artwork, please be aware that colours may appear differently from screen to screen.
Packaging:
Canvas & Wood Panel Paintings: All works are carefully wrapped in paper, padded, and packaged in a well-fitted box or protective bag.
Paper Paintings: These are sealed in a clear cello sleeve and protected in a rigid, sturdy envelope.

I retain the copyright to all artwork, including commissioned pieces. Reproduction of any artwork without my permission is prohibited. I welcome licensing inquiries, so feel free to get in touch!
